They often say that there can be found beauty in every truth. From where I am standing, truth can usually cause demage to a person. Sometimes lack of knowledge in a certain area can save quite a lot of trouble. "Ignorance is bliss" they say and as conflicting as these two sayings seem to be, they can also each be followed accordingly. I am guessing that each is to their own on whether they would like to live in ignorant"bliss", or to know every little thing that is happening around them. In my opinion, the real truth can never be discovered without one getting hurt. It tends to ammount to 3 probable reactions: 1) paranoia and lack of trust 2) mental sloppiness and/either 3) indifference. So whatever the result, it's not bound to be pleasing. At the end of it all, the phrase: "Truth? You can't handle the truth" is one of the most infamous, yet truthful things ever to be stated. ///
